wow, ok tracking helps so much. I lost 3lbs! Feeling better about the plateau...it isn't such a plateau anymore. I am 6lbs away from my 10percent goal....so pumped!! Thank you to all my buddies for your support!
126.7 kg Lost so far: 21.1 kg.    Still to go: 45.1 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

You go!!! Hitting your 10% goal is a HUGE DEAL!!! Just take it a day at a time, and make sure to give yourself something nice when you hit it!!
