Thank you Had to broke my fast tonight after 105 hours. will be eating keto for the next week then will fast again. only going to eat one meal a day during the week and 2 on the weekend. Good luck to you on your journey too.

during the week you fast, how much weight do you typically lose? Do you drink water, coffee or protein drinks during fast? Asking because I'm planning my first fast. Thanks.
