Plateaus are the absolute WORST. I think maybe it's just water weight that's been built up? Don't give up x

If you are gyming your body could be retaining water and building muscle. I always find the work I do 1.5 weeks back reflects today.

Try knocking your body. In other words do some higher intensity workout heavier weights. Your body has come to know what to expect. So throw things around a bit and give you muscles the scare of its life

Gym 3x a week is only enough to maintain weight. I find that I need to exercise 5x a week to lose weight. Remember you need to burn 9000cal through diet and exercise to lose 1kg fat.

Muscle weighs much more than fat. I have trained women who seemed to have the same "frozen scale" problem. When we checked their fat %, it was lower. Just don't stop working as hard as you do. I believe in you💪

Been where you are right now a few times. What worked for me was changing the type and intensity of my workouts. Eating wise, I actually sometimes increased my intake for a short while. The body's adaptive capabilities to doing the same thing (even though it's right according to macros and energy expenditure) are amazing. Take heart, standing still way better than gaining.
