Under the 300 mark! However I didn't eat much yesterday, so we will see if this is only temporary or not.
135.6 kg Lost so far: 4.6 kg.    Still to go: 44.9 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

You're on your way. It is great to make those goals. Someday in a matter of months hopefully with determination you'll look back at 298 and say you're never going back there again. You'll see what I mean in say twenty or thirty pounds less from now. You can do it... :)
