Tracking is key...as well as eating all of your points. In the beginning I wasnt eating my full daily points, nor the activity points I earned after working out...and I didn't lose. I maintained but I wanted and quite honestly thought I would lose because i was eating less. WW has taught me that I need to eat more of the good stuff to fuel our engine. It is the way i am looking at it now...You had a GREAt week losing 1.5 lbs.Be sure to pat yourself on the back and keep at it. You CAN do it, look at your weight history...it is a downward trend and that is what you are working for. You are doing very well...keep it up and know that we are here to cheer you on and occasionally depend on you for words of motivation too! Good luck and keep it up Lori, you are doing awesome.
