I started working out @ the gym again today.....fist time in a while. I walked on aerobic setting-incline varied for 30min & then did one set of weights for 45min. Then I layed out & went swimming for 3 hrs. I am signing up fo the water aerobic class next week!
115.7 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 47.6 kg.    Diet followed: Not Applicable.
Losing 1.0 kg a Week
