Every day struggles...its not dieting, it is changing life and the minute to minute is very hard. How do you get through? hints? tips?

135.6 kg Lost so far: 12.2 kg.    Still to go: 54.0 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.

One thing I do is realize I have to change my habits. These are the habits that allowed me to get to where I am. They need to change if I am going to succeed. Try to sit less and move more. Find something you enjoy doing. Plan treats and into your daily POINTS. Don't let yourself feel truly deprived. Be creative with your cooking. Come on line and journal and see what other people are feeling. Give some advice to others. It really helps both of you! Realize there are no mistakes in this journey. We just step off the path once in a while. You only get lost if you don't pick yourself up and get back on the path. It's easier to travel with a friend. Even a furry friend will do! Stay positive. Even if you have to fake it!

I plan my week ahead of time on the weekend. Chopping up my veggies to snack on, cooking chicken breasts, and making sure I have healthy snacks that I need for the week including all of the fruits, veggies and carbs so that I don't fail. Set yourself up for sucess by planning your week out with the lunches and dinners that you will have. Pre-pack snack size ziplock bags with your snacks for the week so it's easy. These things will help you to get into your own healthy routine for you! GOOD LUCK you CAN do this!

I agree with evelyn64 and skurtz913..I couldn't have said it any better..the only thing i will add is..POSITIVE THINKING..you are on the road to a healthier you... good luck..you can do it...
