Happy Dancing.
I lost 3 lbs!

All the workouts and good food choices are paying off. Feels great!


I kept to the goals I set for this week too...I drank all my water and ate breakfast daily.
Now, I need to add a new goal in with these ones and keep them all up!

Did I mention I was Happy Dancing?
131.1 kg Lost so far: 16.8 kg.    Still to go: 49.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
