Trying to implement intermittent fasting a few days a week as I have been stuck bouncing between 167-170. Hope this worked. It was easier than I thought it would be so that's a plus.
75.4 kg Lost so far: 3.1 kg.    Still to go: 11.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.2 kg a Week

We all intermittently fast as we don’t eat continuously. If you end up eating the same number of calories after you break the fast as you would have eaten without fasting, you won’t lose any more weight. If, in either case, you reduce total calories you will lose weight.

For me it is now more about reducing inflammation and healing my gut health, and I broke my stall. I do not focus on calories anymore as that got me nowhere.

Gail maybe check out Fung's obesity code. Lots of good information of why fasting is beneficial. It is not just about calories.
