Guys I have gained weight from 64kg to 71kg when I started lifting. Then again I successfully loose to 64kg again but with better muscle definition and muscle gains. I realised that i lost mostly fat. Now I'm again in my gaining phase but now my upper abs are visible. I'm very happy with my progress All that happen in just a short period of 7 months.
