It has been a long journey for me. I am glad I got here and I pray that I do stay consistent until I get to my goal. I used Jim Sharps' food combination plus intermittent fasting since everything else wasn't working for me. And of course exercise, I made sure that I got 10,000 a day anyway possible for at least three days a week. All the glory goes to God who helped me stay consistent because it has always been my issue.
