Been sick (cold), retaining fluid, gained a few lbs, trying not to sweat it. Making bone broth and trying to keto on.
Nervous today, have ct scan later as they found a lung nodule on my xray last week.praying for a positive outcome on that. I'm sure my cortisol has been all over the map since they called me. Ugh
