Weighed in this morning. Lost about 6 lbs. Probably just water weight. I feel good but I'm hungry like the wolf. Probably be two or three weeks before I get use to the new calorie limitations. Still hanging in there. My slacker brother left me to work out alone. He'll never hear the end of it.
