Things have been going well, yesterday we had lunch at a asian place, I got veggies and tofu. and for dinner we tried a restaurant that had veggie burgers, I got mushrooms and BBQ sauce on mine. After work I went out for week 2 day 3 training 5k training. it went well although the data didn't record right at one part and lowered my actual distance ran. but oh well. as always I did my morning workout however I didn't do any yoga yesterday I plan to make that up today with it being my day off.

Kinda fell off the band wagon for a while, still vegan however due to an insanely hectic schedule and emergencies I was forced to eat out almost every night while driving, however I am happy I was able to keep all meals vegan, they are just much more high calorie than my home made meals. It's not going to get me down though, I am going out tonight to start running with a new app I got called Zombies, Run! With only 91lbs left to go I am excited about the progress, even if it has been slow, I have made.

Its been a slow week, we have been cleaning everything in our house so no time to get out after work.

Officially dropped below 257 putting me at Obese Class I.
I am at 34.8 as of today, With giving up meat and animal by-products I was able to drop down lower than I ever did just watching my calories and working out. I am very excited to see how the progress holds up as I add daily workouts to my current routine.
