Hmm, so much for me 'getting back on it' - Since my last entry I have been for 1 run and have bought (and eaten) more sweets and chocolate than a person should eat in 1 year!
Time to get my scales out and start the Insanity again .... before the 'food baby' comes back!
Positive mental attitude!!!!

ok, so after finishing my insanity training, I had a few weeks off exercise - then started having time off the diet too! Not good.
So, back on it today with healthy foods and day 1 of my insanity workout again :)

Woohoo! So I've lost 1kg in a week - very happy. Just hope I can keep that rate up as it would be awesome if by the end of June I could meet my goal weight.
I'm now in my last week of Insanity and I'm thinking rather than having a week off, just do the recovery week instead - at least that way I still feel like I'm doing something. After all, when you're sat behind a desk all week and don't get to move around too much, these exercises can make the world of difference!
I'm looking forward to starting Insanity from day 1 again as I think it will be interesting to see how well I get on with the first lot of exercises this time around - last time I took lots of breaks and really struggled.
