Over the past 5 years I have increased in size by 2-3 dress sizes due to working in an office and not doing a huge amount at the weekends.
I've now gotten to the stage where none of my clothes fit me and my tummy protrudes further than my boobs - which would be fine if I were pregnant, but the food baby I have been growing is no longer acceptable.
So, my short term goal is to slim down to wear something nice for my birthday (in March) and to get back into my smaller size salopettes.
I'd love to be able to put a bikini on in the summer with the confidence that I actually look quite good.
My aim for this year is to first get my diet and eating habits under control which I'm hoping will in turn give me more energy and motivation to start doing some exercise and hopefully by this time next year, I will be a healthy size, shape and weight for my height.
