woop woop im officially in the teens, who would of thought diet and exercise would of been the key lol Finished boot camp last night, two weeks of going to x fit classes before it starts back I almost died doing the run last night but shaved 3whole mins off 2.5km so that's a huge improvement 20.34 that makes me practicly a athlete haha nag mihi ki a kotou #winning with small victories

Ever have days when the world feels like it against you??
This is far worse than the "hot salmon" debarcle, OK I buy protein powder it help keep me full for not many cals or carbs it's a win win right??? Wrong, working out cals based on the nutritionaL panel, a serving is two table spoons or 40g, it comes with a scoop so logic would say a sccop is a serving....a scoop is TWO bloody servigns, no wonder i am struggling to loose weigt, I am exercising like a circus clown and getting fitter but finding dropping weight so hard, this is part of the problem, never again will I trust a bloody portion or scoop. Just a tad miffed and thats not all.
My bloody computer has changed fonts on me, I mean the computers fonts and I can't blimmin read it or have any idea on how to change it back. I'm squinting and trying to read the "gist" of whats on face book it just annoying. On the bright side the sun was glorious this morning and I did 5km hill walk, I died but it put me in a better mood. Ka pai to hare!
