Today I did everything I had to do to keep up with my new goal. Although I know that adding exercise to my plan will also add extra pounds that I don't really want. I'll have to remember muscles weigh more than fat and keep telling myself in time I will lose more weight as I build myself up and in the long run look better in my clothes.
My new goal is to:
1 hour exercise on my elliptical
64 oz of water daily
Food journal stay under 20 g carbs
Lose 1 to 2 pounds a week
Keep a positive outlook on my progress
Give myself one free day to go out and eat.
With all that being said I know I'll have my work cut out for myself.

Today went okay I got in a good workout and shoved my drive way. I also didn't go over my carbs for the day. I hope everyone else had a good day.

Monday I'm gonna get back on track with my food journal and exercising, but I have lost 4 lbs. hey for me.😃😃

Well I've fallen off the communication wagon for about three weeks. I've still been eating right though. Monday I'm gonna start my exercising again. Tomorrow ill be weighing in again I have lost some weight but ill wait until tomorrow for an accurate weight.

Well I'm back again took a week off doing my journals and exercising.
I did do alright with my carbs thou I only went over like two days and I lost two pounds.
