I woke up this morning with a little bit of a sore throat. Hope I am not getting sick. After exercising yesterday I was really tired and took a nap. Slept for 2 1/2 hours. Not a good sign.
ON a side note, my kids were eating left over popcorn from snack last night as part of breakfast. My youngest made it. The older was looking at the bag and said, "did you use the popcorn button on the microwave to make this?" My younger replied," yeah your suppose to" The older said, " it said on the bag 'helpful hints: Do not use popcorn button' " I couldnt believe it actually said that lol. I guess he should have read the hints. I thought he was saying it because there were kernals left or something.

Again it is snowing. The snow has got to stop. Its rediculous! I really want to get back out and run but I am not going out in this. I decided because my hometown buddy has had sick kids all week (we havent worked out together all week) and because it is really nasty outside yet again, that I needed some fun. If you ever want fun you really need to grab Richard Simmons. My fav dvd of all time is Sweatin to the Oldies 2. It doesnt matter if you are fat, skinny, old, young, have workout clothes, street clothes, hate Richard or Love him, this workout is great. Yes it takes a few watchings to get the choreography down but after that you can majorly have fun. I grabbed it out this morning, dusted it off and popped it in. It made me smile and sweat. I needed both today. So thank you Richard Simmons!!

Yeah I suffered today. I was stupid and ate two cupcakes which is 1/12th a cake..I did it before lunch and then it put me too high on my calories. Should have only eaten one. I was so hungry between lunch and dinner. I had an apple and half a green pepper but you know how filling that is. Live and learn. Tomorrow NO cupcakes because I want my blueberry pie. I weigh in tomorrow morning too. HOpefully I still have this pound gone. Need to be careful what I eat tomorrow too so I can keep my cals under 1600. I managed 1700 today but I know it was just stupid planning on my part.

Well you always think you do good until you enter in your food. I did my best to enter in all the food I ate at the superbowl party. I am missing the chipped beef dip because there is no recipe and I just dont feel like digging mine out to make a recipe. all in all my estimate for the entire day is about 3400. A far cry from my 1600 daily allowance. Thats ok I'm back on track and gonna exercise today. HOpefully I dont gain back the pound I've lost already. I should weigh myself now just to see... scary....ok pheww..I"m still down lol. With more exercise today, tomorrow's actual weigh in should be excellent.
