First I just want to say this is so wrong that I am trying this entry on my blackberry because the kids have taken both computers.
I weighed myself this morning, a little late and its not even my weigh in day but I am still losing slowly. I won't be exercising as much as I had planned because I can't breathe at the moment. I have also decided no girlscout cookies today since I decided to eat 5 yesterday and be a pig. My sinuses are killing me right now and I have a mega headache. Going to my moms today to help her do her hair. I hope she has something to eat there that is healthy. I also started classes to do Medical Transcription. Its hard to concentrate when your head is pounding.

Yeah yeah..buddies can yell at me for all the girlscout cookies I had, but in my defense they are only out for a limited time lol and I dont feel well so I ate them anyway..besides I'm not THAT much over 1600.

Well I am not really that hungry today because I'm getting sick, entered all the food in for the rest of the day and I finally had enough room to squeeze in 3 carmel delite girl scout cookies lol. They were good. I really could eat the whole box..but why? to get me on a sugar high. They will be there if I want them again tomorrow. I"ll just keep telling myself that since I want more already lol.

Ok, I decided since I felt a tad better and tomorrow will probably be worse I just got up and exercised. It wasnt hard(although I did sweat something awful) it wasnt long(I made half mile in 21 min) but its done non the less. I am still hot even after my shower. This was the first time my kids were home and didnt bother me.
I'm a mean exerciser. Dont get in my way, dont talk to me, just leave me and my upbeat christian music alone because if I talk to you I will not concentrate and keep going. Its different if I chose to exercise with a buddy..but if I'm alone..dont talk to me lol.

Got all my food in for what I'm eating for the day. Its always fun trying to find things to eat and make a puzzle out of them so they fit between 15 and 1600 calories. I know I'm weird for thinking thats fun but whatever. I also am feeling increasingly like crap..so I have decided not to exercise and climb back into bed. I hope this wont bite me in the butt later but since I just weighed in yesterday hopefully this nips whatever is coming in the bud and I can still have a lot of days to exercise.
Many of you might think..oh excuses excuses..yup..I've built them into my lifestyle. All the other times I've lost weight I got tired of having to exercise every single day. then the weight came back on. So this time around if I dont want to I am not..that way it keeps it fun for when I do and not have it be a chore. I know that it will slow the weighloss down but as long as I lose I'm good. I got a lifetime to get skinny and stay that way..I'm in no rush..well kinda with bathing suit season coming but anything less is better than seeing myself in one now! lol.
