Got all my food in for what I'm eating for the day. Its always fun trying to find things to eat and make a puzzle out of them so they fit between 15 and 1600 calories. I know I'm weird for thinking thats fun but whatever. I also am feeling increasingly like crap..so I have decided not to exercise and climb back into bed. I hope this wont bite me in the butt later but since I just weighed in yesterday hopefully this nips whatever is coming in the bud and I can still have a lot of days to exercise.

Many of you might think..oh excuses excuses..yup..I've built them into my lifestyle. All the other times I've lost weight I got tired of having to exercise every single day. then the weight came back on. So this time around if I dont want to I am not..that way it keeps it fun for when I do and not have it be a chore. I know that it will slow the weighloss down but as long as I lose I'm good. I got a lifetime to get skinny and stay that way..I'm in no rush..well kinda with bathing suit season coming but anything less is better than seeing myself in one now! lol.
