td pagi timbang 43.4kg dari 52.3kg :) maap aja kalo masih ada lemak, soalnya aku ga ngegym cuma olahraga 5 mnt doang di rmh itu pun kalo lg niat. healty food+defisit kalori walaupun masih suka ngemil. ngemil dikit itu boleh biar diet ga tersiksa dan enjoy

tiap bngn tidur aku selalu mnum air bisa 2 sampai 3 gelas .. setelah itu pasti langsung p*p 😂
