OK SOOO I have been eating a lot healthier today, veggies and fruits but I should eat some more just to keep myself feeling fuller but we don't have a whole lot to eat, like not a huge variety, so I have been trying to get in what I can! I hate how tomatoes are considered fruit lol!!!

Lost 4 lbs from my last weigh in, I hope I can keep it up. I tried on some tight jeans and they are fitting better even this soon! My mom went grocery shopping so I think there is some food downstairs I can eat now yay! I am so happy to see the weight go down on the scale I was worried it wasn't going to? I don't expect 4lb lost every week I know its my first full week of paying attention to my body's needs so there is probably going to be a lot of fluctuations with time and I know I need to eat more next week-- but still it feels great!!! I haven't lost weight in ages, and when I did I weighed myself daily sometimes 10x a day and that is unhealthy, I like the whole once a week weigh in. But I lost 4lbs with 3 days of basically no dieting at all (Sunday, Monday, Tuesday) last week since I was out of town, so hopefully I can get all my days on track with 1000-1200 calories a day! I don't feel deprived, honestly, because I still eat whatever I want but just smaller sizes or sugar free/fat free versions

:D It would be nice if there was any food in my house!!! For serious, a girl cannot live on fudgesicles and beans from the can for too long, I am sure my intestines will break in pieces. And popcorn, I mean I got excited when I found my airpopper (my first true love) but really plain popcorn only gets so far, especially when kosher salt won't find its way into the crevasses! I probably seem like I am eating unhealthily and really, I am, but there is nothing in my house to eat since it has been so long since groceries have been purchased, and I don't have the appetite to just eat stupid things like frozen waffles or pasta. Also, I am newly taking birth control pills for the last 2 weeks that have really impacted my appetite, I just don't have as much as a desire to eat at all, it seems like a chore.

I wanted to eat more
I had apple and peanut butter with my name on it but I have to lay down because the veg. dogs hot sauce mustard and relish are not sitting well but I don't want to puke. ERRRRRRRRR

I shouldn't have dominated those veggie dogs so quickly, I am feeling nauseous. But there was only 4 left, I needed more protein today and for 4 it is only 180 calories, I felt like the stars were aligned for me to have a feast but it is coming back to bite me in the tush! My stomach is so weak, I wish things didn't get me sick so easily. I guess I did wolf them down but still! Tummy needs to learn vitamins= good and veggie dogs= great and not try to kick 'em out.
