It is storming here, love it but now I don't know when I will be able to get out and take a walk. Yesterday I did good with counting calories, I hope to keep that trend up but also I need to eat more healthy foods/meals and less snacks but I am not a "meal" person, I am more of a grazer and small easy food, for me, tend to be of the less healthy variety. But I went grocery shopping last night, and now I have a boatload of food to chose from. I tried to pick only healthy things but I live with my family and my mom did get Oreo's and other things that I need to avoid! Once I have one I have a whole row! But I am confident that I won't reach for them. If I eat Oreo's I have to get like a convenient store individual pack, sure they are 300-ish calories but it is a controlled indulgence and that is what I need since I am VERY "binge-prone". I am excited to do the Biggest Loser challenge and I told my boyfriend about it and he offered his support (which means a lot to me). I think that really motivated me more; now that my boyfriend knows I am trying to get on track and lose weight it is just a bigger push to stay on track. But don't get me wrong: I am doing this all for ME.
