Planned Spike day yesterday.
Big Orthodox Easter dinner at my parents.
Back to basics today. Foot hurting today so going to rest it. Maybe a bike ride late tonight.

Scale actually showed under 180 yesterday morning, but I take fluctuations into account. It is nice seeing things headed back in the right direction, and the "new" clothes are feeling good again! No fast food for going on three weeks, Almost no diet soda, and exercising very consistently.

Ive been snacking on cottage cheese and fruit...but I just tried it with tabasco sauce...Very Satisfying! I recommend it !

Scale read 181.4 this morning. Lowest in a while. I am psyched. Its good to see the payoff. Starting to incorporate some pushups back into the regime...I consider pushups one of the most perfect exercises out there. You can bust em out anywhere!

Ahhhhh! I love the warm weather! Spent the day in the beautifull Sierra Nevada's yesterday, and finally got out in the yard all day to day. Feels good to break a sweat doing what you love!Will plant the vegetable garden over the next couple weeks.Cant wait to start eating those fresh tomatoes, peepers and cukes!Great weekend, Hope you all had one as well!
