Ok I'm close enough to goal. Tracking was huge for me!!! plus it makes me feel more more confident in the WW point system. I trust it even more now - it's working!! Yea!! So let's land this plane. Got to stabilize or lose no more than 1 lb. I'm kinda making this up but if 36 per day maintains and 30 loses, I'll shoot for 33 pts a day and see what happens this week.
Last time I had a goal of 3 out of 7 days complete tracking so this week I'll try for 4 out of 7 days.
Last week's meeting had a tip which I couldn't deal with but I'm ready to try it this week. It was add mini exercise sessions 3x a day. So I'll do the minimum time - 5 min, if I choose to do more fine, but 5 min 3 x a day minimum. Ok thank you FS for the encouragement and accountability.

29 pts, no night time snacking, 7 days of complete tracking. So that is a 1st. I'm usually so sloppy about tracking especially 3 pm on.

This morning I feel totally normal again so electrolytes were the problem and the answer. I guess the sauna is not for me, at least for now. I'm going to drop it for a while. Too bad, I liked the idea of getting rid of toxins through ones skin plus there are cardioV benefits to it if one does it regularly. I can't do any cardio right now bc I've got a pretty serious case of Achilles tendinitis. It's taking forever to heal. The only upside to this injury is I can do upper body weight lifting, my least fav exercise 3x a week - Something I should be doing but always put off.

25 pts, 31 days nnts, 6 days of tracking. Just one week of careful tracking and it's getting easier. Didn't expect that. I did wake up really tired, and light headed but no headache this time. I'm hydrated, I ate, I slept well. So... Why? Eating too little? or my new practice of using the sauna? I bought an electrolyte supplement. Maybe I'm low on minerals. I'm skipping sauna today. Also I grabbed a small latte so it made me feel less tired. I think I'll take one more supplement cause it says 1 -3 per day and see how i feel tomorrow morning.
