Had a mountain of laundry. Found some affirmations to music on YouTube and zipped around bringing my chaos back to something normal. "You love every part of your body" the British guy from the track said. Then he's say it again emphasizing a different word. "You love EVERY part of your body"'..."ok whatever dude!" I'd be thinking. But it was pretty nice - an enlightening way to do something so boring. Off to get my kiddos to school. Also yesterdays points are so low. Weight watchers has 30 as a minimum per day. I started the day off late and really wasn't that hungry. So I looked up to see if this is a problem - seems like it's ok.

So frustrating when I so easily go over. Just had some wine and crackers while watching tv with hubby. I think the salt and sugar In the crackers made me more hungry! Oh yes, the cookie dough...So that's still a trigger. Will have to ban it from the premises! I have 3 more days til weigh in. Since this is the 1st time I've been tracking all my food it will be interesting to see the numbers. Sometimes it looks worse than it is. I was frustrated but no sense getting mad until weigh in.

The tracking is nice bc I can see what choices put me over. The last 3 days I've loosened up and 2 of my 3 blips were choosing sugar treats, 1 blip was all healthy food, just too much of it. I'm thinking about trying something this week. It would be great if I could semi -brain wash myself into seeing refined sugar products as yuk!! gross! A drain on my energy, a downer, unnecessary, unnatural, something pushed on to me by corporations (cause I hate that). I'm not including sugar that comes naturally in fruits and veges but refined sugar like in cakes, candy etc. it might make life easier to view it that way, if I can. I'll try it this week and see if that makes it easier not to choose that stuff. And try to hit 30 a day again...
