Went upstairs to clean my face and brush my teeth, at the almost end of my day... and found my "fitbit" sitting there on the bathroom counter. Completely forgot to put it on this morning. So, no idea how many steps I did... sometimes I am my own worst enemy!

I've been reading a lot about "cleanses" and "detoxification" There are so many things out there, including detox "baths".
Anyone tried any of these things and did they do any good? Did you feel any different after trying them?

Last night, I made the most delicious French Dip for our supper! Only 387 calories for one bun with half cup beef and dipping "jus" . It was really hard for me to stop at just one, and I did find myself wondering if I had enough room in my calorie count for a second one. But... I stopped... I waited 20 or so minutes... remembered that I had a lovely baked apple dessert, that, I would not be able to enjoy if I ate another beef bun. I am really proud of myself for this, as I am a demon with portion control! Feeling very full of myself this morning!!

This morning, I get to spend time with my favourite little person in the whole world! Love babysitting duty!
I am weighing myself daily just now.. I know... big bad!, but until I get into this full swing, i.e.: a few weeks under my belt, I need to do this to keep myself on track. for me, this is like weighing and measuring my food. Seems when I stop doing it, my weight creeps up again. The only time I don't weigh or measure, or step on a scale in the morning, is when I have had a special meal the night before... NO ONE GOT FAT ON ONE MEAL!!, but the scales are going to tell me things I'd rather not know as it will make me feel bad about my one celebration meal, and thats not part of my plan.
I eat very healthy... but I have a huge problem with portion control. Weighing and measuring is something I will have to always do. Eventually, I will be able to weigh myself weekly, just not right now.
