Really kept to myself today on this cycle 7 Upper Body Day. Hood up and music in. Feeling a little under the weather but definitely much better than I felt over the last three days. I'm surprised how my body has responded to today given the condition I'm in right now. Today, I hit max rep ranges or increased volume AND hit the max rep range. I wonder what the next Upper Body Day will look when I'm at 100%
I've been taking in alot of vitamin c lately from Oranges and juice. More than I normally routinely take (that was probably closer to 0). I'm more appreciative of my healthy days now that I've not been my 100% lately. Can't wait til this passes and I'll be more conscious of the vegetables and vitamins I'm taking in.

Correction for yesterday. We'll call it cycle 6.5 as I made adjustments after the UPPER and LOWER days of the routine. PPL will have adjusted exercises.
Today was PULL 6.5. Tomorrow will be Leg 6.5 and then we go into cycle 7. Still working on the Leg Routine...
Yesterday, we tried a healthy snack routine woth the kids during our game board night. Usually we'd opt for chips and sweets and chocolate. Yesterday we went with Watermelon, Cucumber, cheese, crackers, carrots, grape tomatoes and a serving of dressing for who ever wanted it.
Kids gobbled it up. I ate a full plate myself and it was great to eat so much and be so low in calories. I was stuffed haha.
Definitely will be an adjustment to our grocery list.
We've also relooked our grocery list anyways and have removed a few things that were not the greatest to eat consistently.
Happy with this direction we are going in 😁

Heading into rotation 6 of this ULPPL routine. Started to add 1 exercise for each body part on today's Push Day for volume progression. I've also adjusted the routine slightly so I don't over train muscles or joints - avoiding repetitive exercises over the week.
Woke up early today. Really wish the gym was 24 hours or opened earlier on the weekend. Gonna look around to see if there is one today. Slow start to the day waiting for the gym to open. My body also seems to be fighting through something right now so today's workout was a real push. Push days always seem to be lately 😅.
Slightly underate yesterday. So today we will be making up for that.
Today was one of those days 😪
Cold and unmotivated to start, fired up at the end. When motivation is gone, discipline and consistency must remain.
Glad I pushed through today!

Weight is coming down 🤣 BUT! I'm stronger.
I am weighing about 4 hours later in the day than normal so this may only be a today's weight sorta thing.
But I've made it back to my strongest self since 2021. Really excited to see how much further I can take myself. But one day at a time. I also have less joint and abnormal muscle soreness compared to 2021 me so I'd say my experiences since then have served me well in attaining a better me today with less of the wrong pain.
Eating more chicken than I have been for the last 2 weeks.
kCal slightly under yesterday. I was doing more moving around than usual yesterday at work too.
Sticking to this path I'm on now as it seems to be working.
ALSO! I almost took a rest day today. There was a power outage in my area so gym was kicking people out when I got there. Got the chance to go in afterwards though. I ended up taking 2 pre-workouts scoops. 1 before I got kicked out and 1 before I actually went in. Feeling tingly 🤣

Ate some pizza and cake yesterday 😅 It was my daughter's birthday. Good eats though. No guilt as I know I've been pushing myself and earn these kind of meals. Moderation is the key. I'm not prepping for competition so meals such as this here and there is fine. 90/10 rule. I apply that to most of my life. Sometimes it's more like 99/1 hahaha. I like to push myself.
Like in today's workout! Legs. Awesome. Weight progression, control and just pure awesomeness. Love the way my legs look woth the exception of my hamstrings. Need to keep targeting this.
