Oat pus kiwi utk sahur. Kacang mete utk obat nya.. haha..krn ini pertama kali saur pake oat😅. +-300kkal...😁😁😁

Kemarin waktu makan suka kebanyakan.... Giliran turun nya dikiiiit dan tidak sesuai target kok agak kecewa ya.... hahaha....

Lg males prepare maksi sendiri, jadi maksi ikut menu keluarga. 😀. Nasi, ikan goreng, oseng buncis, kira2 400 kalori kata fs. Iya lah... pake minyak semua, jd boros kalori.😃

Hari ini kalap sm makanan gegara emosi masalah kerjaan. Pas entri catatan harian FS, lgsg horor. surplus kalori. 😭😭. #Nyesel emang selalu ada di belakang.
