BB ideal masih harus hempaskan 3kg lg. Hitung ulang kebutuhan kalori harian utk turun BB, ternyata berkurang. Tadinya 1300kkal..Sekarang jd 1200kkal.. 😯😯 😅😅Semoga bisa.
