Decided to cut out dairy and see if it makes any difference . Black coffee is an issue though 🥴, so I’m putting a whipped egg in my coffee , I rather like it 😊

My goal is not to lose weight. It's to be healthy and well.
It's not about calories. It's about how does this food affect my insulin.
Insulin in access is an inflammatory.
Visceral fat (hard) is more dangerous than subcutaneous fat. ( soft jelly)

Up and down a lb or 2.
Would like to breakthrough to losing that last 10 lbs.
feeling good though. Good energy.
Eating high protein 125-150 g / day .
Eating high fat 150-300 g / day.
Eating low carb 15-30 g / day .
Bowels working like a normal human ( finally)
Feeling well. Trying to fix dry skin and hair.
