Had gf cauliflower crust pizza over the weekend. It was delicious . Now back on track.

I need to investigate why I’m so unstable in my weight loss. Lately im not satisfied. I feel like I still want to eat. Or snack.

Finally back to 160. I want to hold this line and start just getting into good condition. Strength and tone.
I looked back through my notes. I was 180 back in April 2018.
I’ve learned so much about my habits during this journey. I am a triggered eater. I am a sugar addict .
I like volumes of food so I need fillers like lettuce , cabbage, cucumbers and radishes which also satisfy my need for crunch !
