tuh kan bner..kl nyemilnya gorengan brturut2 ya pasti naik..udh turunnya susah banget..makan gorengan berturut2 aja naik nya mantap..detox semangka sm air kelapa dl hempas gorengannya..target 4 hr bs turun 2 kg semoga..

besok back on track..mau makan real food
detox semangka,air kelapa makan nya ubi rebus/panggang,tahu kukus,tempe kukus,telur rebus dada panggang,ikan rebus,sayurnya sawi,timun,wortel,selada(selama 3 hari) sambil intermtn fasting
.bismillah semoga bukan cuma wacana..stuk 1 bulan itu galau juga trnyta..jauhin hamba dr goreng2n ya Allah😢
