Happy Birthday- went over in Cards today. double my usual. Still under past average. Just under planned Calories. Had a nice day but didn't feel good with extra sugar in desert. Also ate some of short bread crust that had gluten. Got some reflux
Needed to take Ondasteron. Grandkids helped me clean the car, that was special. Big Cinco De Mayo celebration at lunch. Staff greater me with Happy Birthday when I came in. Then our friends came over for food cards movie and conversation. Watched Dangerous. Enjoyed some time outside on the swing too

Got back down after floating up to 221. Sticking to plan. Need to be more consistent with 1st dose of Metformin Berberine. Going to try Dihydroxyberberine 200mg qd
