starting again again but with new goals. min. of 30 gm protein per meal. keep carb grams under 200 per day. Goal prevent muscle loss, keep strengthen. Insulin at 15-25. BS between 100- 120 and A1C 6.1 or better. eating for my age (72), health and stay strong, active.

weighed in at MD office today. 215 and BMI now down from 38 to 36. loss of tummy noticeable and clothes getting loose and baggy
