Well I'm back to basics. Just hired a fitness coach for weekly checkins. I hope to fire her in a month and just use this site and my fellow fatsecret warriors as motivation and accountability. I ate reasonably well today and will do yoga by the beach tomorrow and go for a walk. Feeling a little low energy but this will pass. I need to limit calories to 1800 or less a day and nothing after 6. Goal is 190 by Xmas. Weight training 5 days a week and walking 3 days a week. Eating lots of fresh fish tacos, spinach/protein shakes and lots of veg.zf9zzf9f9z zF

I've been on vacation and sleep, exercise and diet have suffered. I want to get back to 200 by the end of this month so wish me well! I'll be skipping a meal a day and stick to my exercise regimen in a more disciplined fashion. I busted up my eyebrow when I lost a fight with a big wave last week so that has also sidelined me. So far today, I walked for a mile along the beach, got in two sets of upper body reps and had yogurt and energy bar. Fish and salad for lunch and skipping dinner.

Yesterday I lost some weight the quickest way but also the most unpleasant way. I ate some spice food and it causes serious irritation in my stomach and regurgitation. I have to remind myself continually that this is not worth it and avoid spicy food like the plague.
I think I'm on mark to get below 200 for Father's day and 190 by July 4th now that my summer break is at hand. Please keep me in prayer for continued succes. The picture below of my daughter made the April edition of Focus on the Family. <><
