Another 10 days has passed; did well with calorie goals — 1,482 on average, which is under goal. Wasn’t easy, but glad to see the 3.6 pound loss. The losses are adding up - sitting here now enjoying my iced coffee, 19 pounds lighter than I was end of March

At the end of cycle 3, I’ve reached my first short-term goal of getting under 300 pounds! This drop was since April 8, so about a month. My goal is to weigh in on 10-day cycles, but I dropped off for a couple weeks after the second cycle. Anyway, I’m glad to see this drop!

Invited to a pizza/pasta buffet for lunch, but declined and put this fruit/berry plate together instead. 329 calories, 14g of fiber, 58g of natural sugars. I love that restaurant, but feel good about my choice now that lunch is over!

Enjoying an iced coffee inside on a windy day as I knit this blanket for my newest niece, who we are expecting next week. I want this baby girl to know how much her uncle loves her right from the beginning!
