Good morning to everyone doing the Brazen Fit 24 Day Ab challenge. This morning is especially great for me because the scale this morning said 210.5 which is exactly where I want to be and where I projected I would be last October 1, 2013. Keeping the yellow legal pad with daily entries has helped me focus on my weight goals, mini-goals, and progress.
This morning's ab challenge was easy 5-5-10 and I allowed myself a 5 second hold at the top of each crunch and leg raise just to prepare me for later on in the challenge. I'm going to do what euheide said was a good idea and that is before and after pics to show what progress this challenge gave me. So please don't laugh when you see the before pics. We're in this together, and together we will make progress.
A special thank you goes out this morning to everyone who signed on for the Brazen Fit 24 Day Ab Challenge. Let's do this, let's do this together and record our daily progress so everyone else can congratulate each other.

Losing 1.6 kg a Week

Mini-goal #1 was met yesterday when the DR said there no need for me to continue any medicine. Thank you Universe. So I treated myself to my reward, breakfast at Cracker Barrel (country fried steak, eggs, fried apples and unsweetened ice tea). I went from there to the movies and saw Russell Crowe in Noah. This morning the scale rewarded me with still another achievement, 211.0. That means I'm only 1.5 pounds away from Mini-goal #2 which is to get out of the 21's and into the 20's. Two people deserve special mention for their continuous support in this process. So a big THANK YOU to Deb_N and euheide. I'm looking forward to our 24 Day Ab challenge.

Losing 1.6 kg a Week
31 March 2014
I did it. This morning the scale at home said 211.5 and when I got to the DR's office the scale there said 211.1 Oh how ONEderful it is. The nurse who checked me in was amazed and wanted to know what I was doing. The doctor was amazed and wanted to know what I was doing. He was thrilled with the fact that I had lost 30 pounds in the last 6 months. AND, I'm no longer on any meds for anything. Free from all pills, shots, everthing...
So the first mini-goal has been achieved, both weight wise and DR report wise. Now I just have to wait for 3 days for the blood work results. But it's a happy day in never2old's camp.

Losing 0.2 kg a Week

One more day to go before the DR appointment and all that blood work. I'm exactly where I want to be weight wise. This morning the scale said 212 and tomorrow it's going to say 211.5 or less, since I'm skipping dinner to fast before the blood work. The mini-goal I set for myself was to be off all meds and surprise the DR by being 30 pounds lighter than I was at the end of September 2013. That's 26 weeks and 30 pounds, so I beat my short term goal of 1 pound per week by 4 pounds. I'm actually excited about tomorrow. I'll post the results as soon as the DR gives me the news.
Thanks to everyone for their support.

The scale gods were good to me and this morning was just where I hoped it would be (213). So today I'm skipping dinner and tomorrow as well. That should put me right where I need to be for Monday morning's weigh-in. Thanks to everyone who has supported me in this quest. Your are the best people I've had the opportunity to be associated with. So I'll say my special "Thank You" to Deb_N, Euheide, Draglist, TimConrad, FAT2FIT DAD, JovialJ, Mrs Cold, and Sazy.
