Mmmmm I discovered frozen mangoes today (they were on sale for 3 bucks at the grocery store). Definitely will make a nice summer treat when it gets warmer.

So I woke up in the morning and I was down my first pound. Yay! The only thing is that I celebrate passover so we had a huge dinner tonight. The food was vegan and mostly vegetables but some if it was fried and I feel really full. As full as one would feel if one had cheated. Anyways it's no big deal. I'm back on track tomorrow!

New to this site :). Very excited to start eating healthy (currently on day 4)! I've been a vegetarian for 3 years but a very bad one. A vegetarian who rarely eats vegetables haha. Well thats changing now that I'm starting eat to live and so far I feel pretty amazing. So until I reach my goal weight I'm turning vegan and hopefully when I get there I will start incorporating a limited amount of dairy products. I'm a university student so if I can keep this up during exam time without binging on junkfood, I can make it through anything!
