On eat to live and miss chocolate??? Well start getting excited because today in two simple steps I have discovered the solution!!! Take frozen mangos and frozen blueberries put them in a cup. Coat them with non sweetened pure cocoa powder (cocoa should be the only ingredient on the box). Mix with the fruit so they are completely coated. The trick here is to let it sit for a few minutes so that the flavours of the fruit melt into the cocoa powder turning it into a sweet chocolate sauce. This is where the magic happens ;)). You can try other frozen fruit (this is just what I had in my freezer). This is so delicious you will feel like you are cheating.

So I went to Montreal for 5 days and stayed at my sister's (meaning no control over fridge content). Reverted back to old habits and eating large quantities gaining those glorious 2 lbs back. Haha. It's ok I'm back on track today and soon I'll step it up at the gym. The interesting thing is that when I first started eating junkfood it wasn't because I craved it. It's just because it was around and I remember eating it and thinking "hey this isn't that great." And I'm that girl that could easily down a box of oreos no questions asked ;). Which basicly means that our cravings are really just habits and can be broken. Anyways my fridge is exploding with vegetables right now. When I get a chance I will start trying some new ETL dressings and recipes.
