Last couple of days my weight has gone a bit upsy,downsy as always...

Riding out PMS, fixed at minimum 20+ hours of intermittent fasting to control eating and let my body process foods. Hoping that soon it'll go back down.

I'm beginning to think I'll only weigh in on Saturdays. seems it always brings me better news.

did my first 24 hrs fast yesterday which I am really proud of. opened my food window from 7pm - 10pm and today will do between 16-18 hrs minimum.

hmm... little dip up but feel that this is PMS/water weight related as well. Haven't been well hydrated at all - especially yesterday. Feeling quite swollen especially around my feet - thats my normal "ugh oh, PMS is swelling you" sign.

Slight increase but saw that one coming by a mile.

Two things - one I am going through a rough time and stress is high. Plus, last night we went out for a dinner and ate far later than I normally would.

Following a minimum 20 hour fast today - will push as far as possible.

Then the next couple of days will just try as hard as possible to avoid emotional eating and stick to limits.
