a bit up but it's an early morning weigh in before body systems are up and running. so not worried. feel great!
my clothes are starting to fit better which is the best part. especially those skinny jeans which were getting snug are now back to comfortable.

yay!!! a big whoosh this morning! it seems that my week back on long fasting is finally paying off. I'm thrilled!

Ok, the loss is minimal, about the same as a steak, but hey - a loss is a loss and i'm happy with that :)
im going great with my 22:2 eating windows, i find it gives me so much more food freedom. since its limited within such a short eating period i can be more controlled but at the same time feel like i get to eat more. either way, its working for me and i'm happy with it.

Still staying flat, which is better than it going up but not as good as if it would go down of course. TOM is slowly starting, so guess I just need to ride out this storm and see where I am in the next couple of weeks. Not a biggie.
I'm starting to just accept where I am and just hope it goes down. I've massively improved my intermittent fasting to 22:2, this works really well for me. I tried 23:1 but just all that food in such a small window was too much for me. SO I think the 2-3 hour window is better for me - it means I can have something smaller to open the fast and then have a proper meal. My stomach seems to handle that better.
