I know many people crave sweets on the diet, I have found by using Silk Almond milk, mixed with some instant sugar free pudding powder, I can make a "milkshake" depending on how large I make it, 1 cup of the silk has 30 calories, and 1 serving of pudding mix has 25 cals, so you can have a 1 cup shake, for 55 calories, and about 2 carbs, I sometimes add Metamucil, it thickens the shake, and gives you extra fiber!If you need more protein, protein powder may also be added, I have a peanut butter flavored powder, so the shake almost tastes like a peanut butter cup, with the chocolate and peanut butter, and Jello Sugar free pudding comes in several other flavors.

Bought canned salmon filets, instead of tuna, wow what awesome flavor, and 2 ounces filled me up, with a few green beans, and a dash of soy sauce....

I found a great way to make lower caloric protein shakes, using Silk, no sugar added vanilla cashew milk, there are only 25 calories, and 1 carb in a whole cup of this product!

My carb count is creeping upwards, and am getting too much protein for my damaged kidneys, time to reboot my diet again! More good veggies, less protein shakes, more H2O, and more exercise!@
