I can't believe it!!! I weighed in this morning at 199.6 I am officially below 200 which was my second biggest goal when I started this journey 16 months ago. The biggest of course is getting to GOAL. I am only hoping the scale does not toy with me again next week and push me back up over 200. I am assuming I was holding water last week and thus showed a gain that came back off this week. I am just so happy today and hope that all of you have good weigh-ins this week too. I am now heading into the toughest stretch of weight loss where my body is going to fight to keep what it has held onto for so long. I know it will be a struggle, but I am up for the challenge. Thanks for all the support!!

Well I guess I was long overdue for a bad week, but it's aggravating since I didn't do any cheating :( So close to a major goal of getting under 200 and now this :( Oh well have to put it behind me and continue on. My schedule has been all topsy turvy this week with poor sleep and eating schedule all messed up. That's probably the cause. Will try to get back on track this week. Hope everyone else is doing better than I did this week :) Keep up the good work guys :)

Hello everyone!!! Well unless I have a 'no-loss' week (or worse a 'gain-wekk'), next week I should actually be below 200 lbs which was my 2nd biggest goal when I started in March 2014. It has been a real struggle, but feels so good to have come this far. I still have quite a bit to go though and this part will be the hardest yet. Up until now I have not had to exercise very hard (or even at all) to lose. But after losing 121 lbs my body is now slowing down. It does NOT want to give up the rest. I am going to have to do exercise almost every day because my calorie allotment is now 1500/day. The lowest it can go is 1200/day. So I will have to pick up the slack with exercise. Ugh!!! But I intend to persevere so it has to be done. Have not yet decided if I will join a gym or not. Money is definitely an issue. I think I may start by doing a Tai Chi tape each day and go from there. I have quite a few different types of exercise dvds so I have a choice of things to try. I hope all of you are achieving your goals. Do not give up!!! I cannot wait until I can come and report to all of you that I have gotten to my next goal of 150 lbs :)

Hello everyone!!! Managed to lose 1/2 lb this week. Have to be happy with that, but I am just so anxious to get below 200 :( It will be such a major milestone for me.It will mean that I have lost 2/3 of my total goal. I will then officially be on my last and hardest leg of my weight loss program. I am going to use this week to really tweak my food plan and try out the different exercise tapes I have to see what I can do without injury. Then it will be Gung Ho!!! I hope everyone has been doing well on their programs. I try to look at the different blogs when I have time to give encouragement to all. Thanks for the encouragement I have received from you during the past 16 months. It has really helped :)
