Well the damage done during the time I 'fell off the wagon' has been rectified. Once again I am below 200 lbs with no looking back. Now it's on to the next goal of 150 lbs. This will be a tough one to meet because calories are down to around 1400 because I am not very active. On top of that, it's winter so I tend to stay indoors a lot. However, I am hopeful that I am going to get into the habit of using my new rower as soon as I make room in my little one room. I'll be working on that today by getting the rest of my Xmas gifts wrapped so I can take them to the main house to put under the tree. Hope everyone is doing well. Save the calories for Christmas!!!

Well finally back on track after my misstep. While it felt nice to eat some of my old faves, I could see the difference in how I felt and how easy it is to put on weight when you eat too much fast food. I am still proud that I lasted 20 months before going just a little crazy. If I feel the need again, I will simply have a meal on my weigh-in day like pizza or tacos etc. instead of going on a 1-2 week odyssey of fast food lol. Anyway, this is now the big push to get to my goal weight. I will, of course, enjoy a few of the Christmas goodies that might come my way :D but other than that will remain steadfast in my goal :) Hope you are all doing well. Remember, it's not falling off the wagon that's important. It's getting back on. Don't ever beat yourself up because we are all only human.

Well I have started repairing the damage I did with my recent carb binge blowout. I guess one fall off the wagon in 18 months isn't really bad and I'm not beating myself up about it. Some of the food I really enjoyed and some of it didn't taste as great as I remembered it lol. Pizza and pancakes were wonderful to have again, but McDonalds and Burger King weren't as good as the burgers I can make at hom lol. Anyway, I paid the price for going overboard with weight gain and bloat which I am now in the process of getting rid of again. It's time to finish the job and get the rest of this weight off!! Hope you are all doing well. Remember, if you fall off your path don't beat yourself up, just get back on and continue your journey.

On this day my carb binge caught up with me :( You can't do things like eat a whole pizza without suffering consequences. Between all the excess sodium in all the fast food I ate the past week and all the carbs I had an awful gain. Of course, half of it is probably water weight so I'm just getting back to my plan and taking it in stride.

I'm afraid this was a really bad food week. I munched out entirely too much and even though most of it was healthy food it still resulted in a gain. I refuse to beat myself up though. After all, one bad week out of 1 3/4 years is nothing. This is a new week and I will focus on that and getting to my final goal :) Since I'll be alone for Thanksgiving this year I don't have to worry about all those Holiday goodies until Christmas. I'll get a small turkey breast and a yam with a vegetable or salad. It'll be me my cat and my sister's cat since I'm house-sitting lol. Hope everyone had a great week :)
