So this week I have done two mega work outs at the gym and today I ran back from work (complete with backpack). I am willing myself not to weigh myself tomorrow and just wait until Tuesday, really really need to get these last few pounds off so that I can say I've done a stone!!
Feeling really happy and motivated. Sometimes I look in the mirror and don't feel like I look any different but you can't deny what the scales say.
I've been super good with my diet this week (apart from Pizza on Sunday!) and have resisted (quite easily) all the doughnuts and goodies at work (I wouldn't eat them normally, anyway) so all in all a good effort this week! The proof will be in the, er, pudding come weigh-in on Tuesday.....

I was not expecting to get to the gym and find I was well under 74kg as I had gone up a little bit to 75.4 the previous time I had weighed in - so to weigh myself and discover I am 73.4kg was brilliant! Really cheered me up today.
I have tried really hard to eat smaller portions and be a lot healthier this week, and to get to the gym (although I only made 1 out of 2 sessions as I was ill) and so I think I've done well. Go me!
So, down from 78.10kg to 73.4kg. Really pleased.
