Stayed at 1000 calories for two days, and yes, do move around and do housework, or gardening. I already feel a difference with the 5 or 6 pounds I've lost so far. Tomorrow I may have a full breakfast or a full lunch. :)

Starting off the morning with Slim Fast. Gotta stick to this if I want to get healthy. Even 200 pounds is not healthy, being I am only 5'3."

August 19, and I managed to do the 2 day fast. Right now having a one egg omelet with a sausage link, and a one bacon strip. Slice of toast with jam also.

Today is the first day of the rest of my life. I gained 12 pounds! My body is feeling it. My legs hurt, my feet won't take my weight for too long standing up! I'm fasting for two days, and then on to eating healthier. It's been horrible year filled with disappointments and loss of a loved one, but I don't want to be burden soon. I don't ever want to be a burden. Time for change!
