I have to do something different what I am doing now is not working so my goal for the week is to do at least one thing different everyday til my next weigh in.

Well I think I really done it this time I hurt myself so now I am going to put the exercise on hold for today I have workout sense Sunday so I guess it won't hurt to take a break. I didn't eat so well last night but I am back this morning had a spinach mushroom cheese omelet and some whole grain toast so not doing so bad I hope to feel better tomorrow for more exercise have a good day.

Good Morning
I got up at 5:30 and walked 4 miles it was hard getting up because I am the type if I don't have to get up for work then I am going to sleep til 7 or 8 but sense I have the summer off I have a mind set that I don't have to get up early but now I am. I have always gotten up at 5 and gone to work but now that I am off for the summer I don't really have to but now I need to get up to exercise so I don't put on the weight or should I say more weight. My goal, not my plan. is to get up early before it gets hot and walk 4 to 5 miles a day the first day is always the hardest but I know I can do it. Still working on the food part I need to plan better but I am a work in process.

I had a good day wrote down all my food and did walk away the pounds two miles and then had a swim for tonight I am feeling pretty good I just need to keep it up.
