I am feeling pretty good I now want to go to Zumba it is so much fun even if I don't know the steps I like that Holly and I are encouraging each other on our weight lost.

Hey
Started this knew diet that is pretty simple for me so I am going to give it a try I will see how it does at the end of the week. Its made up of a lot of protein veggies and fruits go figure, Monday night Zumba was great getting the moves down pretty good, sweating up a storm.

Well I have to say I know why I gained weight it was because of what I ate last week I will do better this week I know I will.

I feel pretty good my workout was nice I didn't feel like I needed to work out its like I really wanted to work out. I am really thinking of ditching the creamer but its going to be hard I really love it. I will really have to think this one through. I had a can of diet soda when I said I wouldn't so today is the day to really work on not having that.

Note to self don't forget to Journal and don't forget to write down what you ate for the day it can't get away from you and then you have no ideal what you have eaten. No diet soda today just water.
