I'm on day three of logging food. So far so good. I've stayed within my calorie intake of 1,800. I know it's highish for weight loss but I plan on creating calorie deficits with exercise. I've also stayed true to my resolution to always take the stairs at work unless I'm wearing safety boots.

signed up for a workout class today. every Monday night I'll be doing moveball with two mommy friends. looking forward to taking care of me. also charted all my food for today. tomorrow I will chart all food again.
